Customers can cancel their order before it is processed for shipment by contacting our support team at admin@yarlmart.lk or calling 021 222 1103. If the cancellation request is made in time, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a return or refund after receiving the order, as per our Return & Refund Policy. If you refuse to accept the delivery, return shipping charges may apply.
Orders for perishable goods, personal care products, and customized items cannot be canceled once they have been processed. Please double-check your order before confirming the purchase.
Yarlmart reserves the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues. If we cancel your order, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be processed.
If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
